Overview

As a Technical Support Representative at Axon, you will help customers identify and solve problems related to Axon’s hardware and software products, providing a world-class experience that drives product adoption and enhances safety.

In Short

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AXON Hardware and Software products.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise of all Axon products, solutions, and policies.
  • Assist customers utilizing problem-solving skills and customer empathy.
  • Report bugs and trends to stakeholders and suggest process improvements.
  • Work independently and actively seek out team needs and solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients of varying IT knowledge levels.
  • Utilize strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience with Axon applications is preferred.
  • Australian citizenship is required due to government security clearance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of technical support experience or equivalent degree.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong comprehension of internet networking and routing.
  • Passion for helping people and solving problems.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently.
  • System Administration or network certifications preferred.
