Overview

The Accounts Receivable Analyst at Sarah Cannon Research Institute is responsible for managing client receivables and ensuring timely payments while working closely with various departments to resolve disputes and analyze financial data.

In Short

  • Monitor assigned accounts for irregularities and delayed payments.
  • Contact Sponsors/CROs to ensure timely payments.
  • Investigate and resolve disputes related to payments.
  • Maintain relationships with Sponsors/CROs as the primary contact.
  • Reconcile financial data with Sponsors/CROs.
  • Review contracts to assist with payment issues.
  • Identify trends that impact payment workflows.
  • Collaborate with Accounting and Treasury departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, experience may substitute education.
  • 1+ year experience with complex documents and financial impacts.
  • Clinical Research experience highly preferred.
  • Understanding of clinical financial systems and EMRs.
