The Access and Applications Coordinator at Sarah Cannon Research Institute plays a crucial role in managing user access to systems, supporting applications, and liaising with HR for various tasks, all while contributing to the mission of advancing cancer treatment.

In Short

  • Provision user access to SCRI/McKesson systems.
  • Maintain IT equipment inventory and procurement.
  • Provide tier 1 support for SCRI applications.
  • Assist HR with Workday related tasks.
  • Act as a liaison between SCRI and CereCore access teams.
  • Respond to inquiries via Phone, Email, and ServiceNow.
  • Ensure timely resolution of user access requests.
  • Expand knowledge of access management and information protection.
  • Provide after-hours and on-call support as needed.
  • Adhere to IT standards, policies, and confidentiality requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3 years relevant work experience required.
  • Experience with Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
  • Experience with Workday and Ariba is a plus.
  • Experience in Tier 1 application support is beneficial.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Located within commutable distance to the Greater Nashville Area.
