Overview

The HR Partner is responsible for providing HR Generalist support to the BioLife Plasma Services network, focusing on employee engagement, training, and compliance while working closely with management.

• Provide HR Generalist support across plasma center locations.
• Partner with management on employee engagement and retention.
• Conduct in-person employee listening sessions.

• Travel within California and other states as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years of HR generalist experience required.
• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
