We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to patients with various respiratory conditions.

In Short

• Assess and evaluate patients' respiratory conditions and needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen therapy and nebulizer treatments
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory health and treatment options
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license
• Strong knowledge of respiratory therapy techniques and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred
