Overview

The Clinical Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day logistics of care delivery at FOLX Health, responsible for monitoring operations, coordinating logistics, tracking compliance, and producing reports.

• Oversee daily practice operations according to established SOPs.
• Manage operational tasks and checklists.
• Coordinate administrative logistics including scheduling and communications.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in practice management or healthcare administration.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Expertise in Clinical Operations, ideally in telehealth.
• Skilled in building effective working relationships.
• Proficient with Google Suite applications.
• Passion for LGBTQ+ healthcare.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
