Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Valid U.S. ID and authorization to work
• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in scheduling, dispatching, or admin roles
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using scheduling platforms (e.g., Housecall Pro, Jobber)
• Home office setup with consistent internet access
