Overview

As a Remote Digital Content Support Consultant, you will provide exceptional service to Danish and English-speaking users, ensuring they have seamless access to their digital content and resolving any issues they encounter.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to report bugs and implement solutions.

  • Work independently from home, organizing your workday effectively.
  • Fluency in Danish and proficiency in English are required.
  • Experience in BPO or technical customer support is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical information for users.
  • Enjoy a standard Monday to Friday work schedule with flexibility.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native fluency in Danish.
  • Full proficiency in English.
  • Detail-oriented and self-managed professional.
  • Proven track record of handling sensitive customer information.
  • Comfortable working autonomously without supervision.
  • Prior experience in customer support, particularly for digital services.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
