Overview

The IT Support Specialist role is a 12-month residency at a leading global tech company, designed to provide hands-on experience and practical skills in technical support. The primary responsibility is to assist users with troubleshooting and resolving computer system issues, gaining exposure to a wide range of technical challenges varying in complexity.

Requirements

• 12 months to 2 years of IT operations experience with MAC OS.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• Experience with Office 365 and Google Workplace.
• Familiarity with multi-factor authentication.
• Willingness to travel locally between offices.
