Overview

The IT Support Specialist role is a contract opportunity designed to provide hands-on experience and practical skills in technical support, assisting users with troubleshooting and resolving computer system issues.

In Short

  • Address user inquiries related to computer software or hardware.
  • Conduct remote installation of software and perform hardware testing.
  • Execute commands and monitor system functioning.
  • Maintain records of daily data communication transactions.
  • Utilize technical manuals and engage with users for troubleshooting.
  • Minimum 12 months of IT operations experience with MAC OS.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Mobile Device Support and MDM Knowledge required.
  • Experience with Office 365 and Google Workplace.
  • Willingness to travel locally between offices.

Requirements

  • 12 months to 2 years of IT operations experience.
  • Demonstrated MAC OS experience is mandatory.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
