Project Manager - Conversion Factory - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Project / Operations Manager to bring structure, clarity, and proactive communication to a busy, high-output creative team at Conversion Factory.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day project management across 10–15 clients and projects.
• Act as the go-to contact for clients, managing expectations and sharing updates.
• Assign tasks based on team strengths and availability.
• Ensure deliverables are on schedule, typically within 48–72 hours.
• Spot-check work for grammar, layout issues, or missing context.
• Utilize Notion, Slack, and Loom for project management and communication.
• Coordinate feedback loops and involve the right team members at the right time.
• Lead client onboarding, ensuring all briefs, assets, and timelines are prepared.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows, automations, and systems.
• Help roadmap future client needs and requests.

Requirements

• Experience in project management in a creative environment.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on client relations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, and Loom.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
• Comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Flexibility in working hours to overlap with US Pacific Time.
