Email Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

Transitions Elite is seeking a high-performing Email Marketing Manager to own and scale our email marketing engine, focusing on building segmented, automated, and performance-optimized campaigns.

In Short

• Own the email marketing program end-to-end, from execution to copy.
• Build and manage segmented campaigns that convert cold leads into warm bookings.
• Write and design high-converting emails, nurture sequences, and promos.
• Use data to segment lists and personalize messaging.
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, CTAs, and more.
• Track metrics like open rates, CTR, bookings, and revenue — and improve them.
• Keep lists clean and deliverability strong with smart hygiene practices.
• Build automations and workflows in CRMs like GoHighLevel.
• This is a full-time role with a 7am SAST start time (6am SAST preferred).

Requirements

• Experience in email marketing and campaign management.
• Strong writing and design skills for email content.
• Knowledge of data analysis and segmentation.
• Proficiency in A/B testing and performance tracking.
• Experience with CRM tools, particularly GoHighLevel.
