As an eCommerce Operations Specialist at Alist Colleczioni, you will be responsible for managing and growing our presence on platforms like eBay and Amazon, ensuring a smooth operation and excellent customer experience.

In Short

• Create, edit, and publish product listings across platforms.
• Update listings with product info, track sales, and revise sold items.
• Add shipping tracking, print labels, and manage order-related messages.
• Handle refunds, disputes, and customer follow-ups.
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments with precision.
• Maintain Excel reports and help analyze sales data.
• Communicate with buyers, answer questions, and ensure a smooth post-purchase experience.
• Work from 8 AM to 3-4 PM Eastern Time, with flexibility for more hours.
