As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be a key player in delivering top-tier support across email and social media channels. Your bilingual communication skills will help us connect authentically with customers, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a positive brand presence across our platforms.

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, primarily in English and Spanish

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written communication
• 1–2+ years of experience in customer support or community management
• A strong customer-first mindset and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Zendesk or similar customer service platforms
• Familiarity with Sprinklr or other community/social media management tools
