Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workday Program Coordinator to optimize and manage Workday applications across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing operational efficiency.

In Short

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to align Workday applications with organizational needs.
  • Support project execution during high-volume periods, ensuring documentation, testing, and system alignment.
  • Maintain and optimize contingent workforce processes, including onboarding/offboarding workflows.
  • Assist in foundational HR operations tasks to improve system reliability and efficiency.
  • Facilitate clear communication between HR, IT, and business teams to accelerate project timelines.
  • Track and document system processes, identify opportunities for process improvement, and support compliance efforts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the effectiveness of Workday and HR operations.
