Treasury Cash Forecasting Expert - Remote

Overview

This position is a vital role in ensuring clear visibility of cash and robust liquidity planning as the organization grows. The Treasury Cash Forecasting Expert will be involved in daily cash operations and oversee forward-looking liquidity, integrating hands-on execution with strategic forecasting and process design.

In Short

• Own daily cash positioning and short-term liquidity visibility across corporate accounts.
• Ensure sufficient liquidity to support operating needs and strategic priorities.
• Lead the cash forecast model and maintain forecasting cadence.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and Operations to refine cash drivers.
• Maintain liquidity ladder and identify potential gaps early.
• Produce timely cash and liquidity reporting in alignment with standards.
• Lead and develop a small treasury team with clear roles and workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance.
• Strong knowledge of liquidity management and forecasting techniques.
• Experience in capital-intensive or infrastructure-oriented sectors.
• 2+ years of leadership or team management experience.
• Hands-on experience with cash flow forecast models and analysis.
• Familiarity with Kyriba TMS and ERP systems is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, remote working environment.
