Sr. Liquidation Analyst - Remote

Overview

This position involves managing and resolving complex small business loan portfolios, including collections, collateral liquidation, and legal proceedings.

• Evaluate distressed loans for collection and resolution strategies.
• Initiate borrower outreach and manage submission of necessary packages to the SBA.
• Oversee collateral liquidation including foreclosures and repossessions.
• Prepare and submit required reports to government guarantors.

• Analyze title documents and environmental reports for asset recovery.
• Utilize platforms like SBA e-Trans and Ventures+ for updates and tracking.
• Recommend write-downs of unrecoverable expenses.
• Ensure all necessary files are uploaded and archived appropriately.
