In Short

• Partner with designers to rapidly prototype and test new features and concepts.
• Map user flows and create interactive models that support intuitive experiences.
• Develop and maintain reusable UI components using React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Implement design tokens to ensure consistency in colors, typography, and spacing.
• Maintain and align design libraries in Figma and Storybook with coded components.
• Write unit and end-to-end tests to guarantee quality, stability, and maintainability.
• Follow and apply accessibility (WCAG) guidelines for inclusive design.
• Collaborate across design, product, and engineering teams to deliver seamless solutions.
• Take part in stand-by or off-hours duties as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in UI/UX design and development.
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma and Storybook.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
