• Serve as an escalation point for technical issues and provide mentorship.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable system solutions.

Requirements

• Strong technical acumen in systems engineering.
• Experience with Atlassian products, especially Jira and Confluence.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Mentorship experience preferred.
