As a Senior iOS Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain mobile applications that deliver impactful digital healthcare experiences. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to create scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for members and healthcare providers. This hands-on role emphasizes technical leadership, mentorship, and innovation, with opportunities to integrate AI-driven features and influence the architecture of mobile applications. In Short

• Develop, maintain, and enhance iOS mobile applications that provide members with world-class digital healthcare experiences.
• Dedicate 80–90% of your time to hands-on coding, mentoring junior engineers, and providing technical guidance.
• Lead complex projects by anticipating infrastructure and architectural needs, proposing innovative solutions, including AI-driven features.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional engineers to deliver high-quality, user-centric applications.
• Write clean, well-tested code that ensures stability, maintainability, and scalability.
• Participate in full agile software development lifecycle activities, from concept and design to deployment.
• Research, adopt, and advocate for new technologies to continuously improve development practices and system performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in iOS development.
• Strong knowledge of Swift and Objective-C.
• Experience with mobile application architecture and design patterns.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Ability to mentor and lead junior engineers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
