Senior Project Manager - Remote

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will be pivotal in executing mid-to large-scale enterprise projects, acting as a key point of contact for clients.

In Short

• Works closely with stakeholders to drive project delivery and ensure the adoption of technical and functional solutions.
• Develops comprehensive documentation including project strategy, scope, requirements, and detailed project plans.
• Identifies, tracks, and manages program level risks, creating project status reports.
• Runs regular project meetings, setting agendas, documenting notes, and managing action items.
• Manages client activities and escalates issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Quickly identifies scope changes and applies change management controls effectively.

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience in delivering mobility software solutions.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of project management experience; PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with technical projects including HRIS, MDM, and financial systems integrations.
• Proficient in project management tools such as MS suite, JIRA, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.
• Ability to work independently with high levels of autonomy.
