This role involves leading high-budget paid media campaigns across international markets, focusing on driving growth and optimizing ad spend.

• Own, plan, and scale high-budget paid media campaigns on Meta and other platforms.
• Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies including prospecting and retargeting.

Requirements

• Experience managing $600K+/month ad spend.
• Strong background in eCommerce and performance marketing.
• Expertise in Meta Ads and cross-market execution.
• Ability to optimize campaigns independently.
• Strong analytical skills focused on ROAS and CPA.
• Experience across US, AU, and EU markets is desirable.
• Nice to have experience in health or regulated product verticals.
