In this pivotal role, you will oversee the technology infrastructure that supports both internal operations and secure care coordination for underserved populations. As the primary lead for IT administration, you’ll manage devices, support users, ensure compliance with security standards, and coordinate with third-party vendors to scale systems efficiently. You’ll work closely with leadership in a mission-driven, fast-growing environment focused on health equity. In Short

  • Lead the procurement, deployment, and asset management of employee devices (Apple laptops and Chromebooks).
  • Administer and monitor the company’s laptop fleet using MDM tools and collaborate with third-party Chromebook support providers.
  • Manage software licensing, acquisitions, and user accounts across 50+ external services.
  • Oversee internal help desk operations, addressing user issues and improving support workflows.
  • Deliver technical support and training to internal and external users as needed.
  • Monitor IT systems, generate relevant metrics, and stay updated on security trends and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with the security team to support audits and implement necessary controls to ensure policy adherence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT administration and support.
  • Strong understanding of device management and MDM tools.
  • Experience with software licensing and user account management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
