Overview

As a Senior DevOps Engineer/Consultant, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve DevOps practices for various clients, guiding them through their DevOps transformations.

• Lead DevOps transformations and guide clients in adopting modern engineering practices.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions with tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Provide hands-on guidance and support in implementing cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes and Istio.
• Foster collaboration within teams and across clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Mentor and upskill client engineering teams on best practices for automation, CI/CD, and developer behaviors.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies and infrastructure automation.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Ability to mentor and train engineering teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
