Program/Project Manager Lead - Remote

Overview

This position involves establishing and leading a high-performing Program Management Office (PMO) within a fast-growing organization. The role focuses on building governance frameworks and implementing scalable project and change management practices.

In Short

• Design and implement the PMO from the ground up.
• Define and enforce project and portfolio governance processes.
• Integrate structured change management into project initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare.
• PMP, Lead Six Sigma, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Ability to establish PMO structures and drive governance adoption.
• Strong skills in change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience leading and developing project teams.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work fully remote with occasional travel.
