We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to lead Salesforce engagements and drive end-to-end solution delivery for client-facing projects. In this role, you will translate business needs into scalable, high-impact solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones, and guide stakeholders through discovery, design, and implementation. You will act as a strategic partner, aligning business goals with technical architecture and delivery strategy, while ensuring that solutions are innovative, maintainable, and meet client objectives. Accountabilities

• Own the end-to-end product and solution vision, ensuring alignment across teams and client stakeholders.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive and technical stakeholders.
• Advise on Salesforce platform capabilities and make architecture decisions considering constraints like budget, scope, and resources.
• Lead discovery workshops, solution design discussions, and cross-functional collaboration with architects, developers, and UX designers.
• Define critical technical paths and guide Agile teams through execution to deliver successful outcomes.
• Provide client onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure adoption and effective use of implemented solutions.
• Identify opportunities for future project phases beyond the current scope.
