Remote People Readiness Specialist

Overview

This position is for a Remote People Readiness Specialist who will support organizational change initiatives and manage training needs related to SAP 4/Hana.

In Short

• Support with identifying scope of local learning.
• Build and execute local learning plans.
• Steer local change colleagues regarding learning requirements.
• Analyze and engage stakeholders on Training Needs Analysis.
• Manage scheduling and Train-the-Trainer sessions.
• Act as a primary contact for training queries.
• Ensure quality assurance of local learning materials.
• Promote best practices and share lessons learned.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in organizational change management.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in behavioral or educational sciences preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in managing change projects.
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable in ambiguous situations.
• Highly organized and energetic professional.
• Team player with collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence senior leadership.
