Oracle Cloud Analyst - OTC (Order-to-Cash) - Remote

Overview

In this role, you will serve as a key contact and knowledge base for both the IT team and business users, focusing on Oracle Cloud’s Order-to-Cash (OTC) module.

In Short

• Act as the primary point of contact for business users and IT teams for Oracle OTC-related issues.
• Facilitate business and systems analysis discussions, translating findings into Business Requirements Documents and Functional Design Documents.
• Design, configure, test, document, and support system changes, managing their impact across global business segments.
• Provide daily support for ERP production issues, ensuring resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Partner closely with peers, system implementors, and application-managed services to drive successful system changes.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

• Experience with Oracle Cloud and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
