Operations System Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Operations System Engineer to manage and optimize enterprise M365 environments in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. This role is responsible for Tier II/III support, implementation of new features, and ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient operations across M365 services.

In Short

• Provide Tier II/III support for M365 applications and related integrations.
• Design, implement, and optimize new functionality using M365 native tools such as Power Platform and Copilot.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance policies are implemented and maintained across the tenant.
• Lead cross-functional technical teams and resolve escalated, complex technical issues.
• Automate operational processes using PowerShell and other automation tools.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on M365 administration and operational standards.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell.
• Experience in managing enterprise M365 environments.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives and guide cross-functional teams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
