Requirements

• Experience in technical support
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, React, and TypeScript
• Familiarity with MongoDB and MySQL
• Ability to use JIRA for ticket management
• Experience with Confluence for documentation
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
