Overview

This position involves supporting Local Marketing Managers and assisting franchisees in using the LOCALACT platform effectively, enhancing their marketing capabilities and ensuring customer success.

• Support Local Marketing Managers by assisting franchisees with LOCALACT questions.
• Participate in scheduled calls explaining performance results.
• Help franchisees understand LOCALACT dashboards and reports.
• Reinforce campaign updates and recommendations from the Manager.
• Support onboarding and ongoing education for LOCALACT users.
• Answer questions related to performance data and platform functionality.
• Monitor conversations for unresolved issues and escalate as needed.
• Create and manage Zendesk tickets for advisor interactions.
• Provide overflow call coverage when necessary.
• Contribute feedback to improve resources and training materials.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in customer support or related role.
• Comfort explaining performance data and marketing concepts.
• Functional understanding of local marketing metrics.
• Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow direction and stay within defined role boundaries.
• Comfort in a phone-heavy, fast-paced environment.
• Strong documentation habits.
• Professional communication style.
