In Short

• Build, own, and deliver major front-end features for an AI-powered video creation platform using React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to define scope, break down problems, and iteratively ship improvements.
• Occasionally contribute to back-end code (Python/Flask) to support full-stack feature development.
• Evaluate the impact of your work using internal data frameworks to align with business and user goals.
• Lead architectural discussions, mentor teammates, and ensure long-term scalability and performance of the codebase.
• Contribute to building an engineering culture centered around ownership, velocity, and technical excellence.

Requirements

• Strong experience in front-end development using React and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with back-end technologies, specifically Python and Flask.
