Overview

This remote role offers a unique opportunity to support complex group benefits and disability claims for clients across Canada. As a key member of the Client Enablement Team, you will act as a subject matter expert and play a central role in managing disability claims, supporting leave of absence cases, and guiding internal teams.

In Short

  • Handle disability claim submissions and resolve complex inquiries using internal systems.
  • Provide personalized support to members regarding claim applications and documentation requirements.
  • Educate clients and Plan Administrators on the disability claims process.
  • Serve as a resource for complex or escalated claims-related issues.
  • Liaise with insurance carriers for fair claim resolutions.
  • Maintain and update plan member records in internal systems.
  • Create and deliver training materials for team members.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of claims processes.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience with Zendesk and SCBConnect preferred.
  • Ability to handle complex inquiries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
