In Short

• Provide day-to-day marketing coordination support across HED and ELL teams.
• Plan, track, and facilitate the completion of marketing projects and workstreams.
• Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and shared repositories.
• Work collaboratively with Creative Services and digital teams.
• Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials for stakeholders.
• Support basic campaign analytics and reporting.
• Serve as a point of coordination across marketing systems.
• Partner with Finance and Procurement for vendor setup and invoicing.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination or project coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High comfort level with marketing and financial systems.
• Experience with Finance or Procurement processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 tools.
• Familiarity with digital marketing workflows and social media platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
