GEHO Service Technician - Remote

Overview

The GEHO Service Technician will work remotely from Salt Lake City, UT, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to support aftermarket services, sales, and business development while meeting customer requirements.

In Short

• Oversee GEHO pump installations, commissioning, start-up, repairs, and maintenance tasks on customer sites.
• Provide technical service and supervision for GEHO products and ancillary equipment overhauls and upgrades.
• Collaborate with clients to develop proactive service plans that ensure equipment operates optimally and reduce downtime.
• Audit and recommend improvements to clients’ maintenance plans to increase reliability.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, demonstrating a commitment to zero-harm behaviors.
• Report findings, challenges, and solutions back to management to ensure continuous improvement.
• Conduct field maintenance and provide training on pump operations.
• Travel to customer sites around the US (25-50% travel).

Requirements
