As a Technical Support Specialist, you will act as the essential link between customers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and rapid issue resolution. You will work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot complex problems, optimize service continuity, and contribute valuable insights to product development. In Short

  • Serve as the primary technical escalation point for 1st level support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Provide in-depth technical support for all products.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues by analyzing logs and conducting diagnostics.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams on critical incidents.
  • Monitor system health proactively and ensure adherence to SLAs.
  • Contribute to process improvement by sharing customer insights.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and French.
  • Experience in technical support roles.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Charging Point Management Systems is a plus.
