This position offers a hands-on opportunity to lead advanced additive manufacturing initiatives, translating complex designs into high-precision, 3- to 5-axis robotic welds.

• Program, operate, and maintain 3- to 5-axis industrial robotic welding systems for additive manufacturing.
• Prepare, slice, and optimize builds on DED/WAAM platforms, ensuring precision and repeatability.
• Utilize CAD/CAM software such as Siemens NX, Mastercam, Sculpt Print, and WAMSoft.
• Apply metallurgical knowledge and thermal dynamics expertise.
• Lead and mentor team members on additive production workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
• Contribute to process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
