As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights across the organization. You will design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that enable strategic decision-making. Working with cross-functional teams, you will optimize data models, ensure high-quality analytics, and implement BI solutions that improve operational efficiency. Your expertise in tools like Tableau, ThoughtSpot, SQL, and dbt will be instrumental in delivering scalable, high-performance reporting solutions. • Develop and maintain interactive Tableau and ThoughtSpot dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support business goals.
• Build and manage data models, tables, and views using tools like dbt and Snowflake.
• Collaborate with data architects and cross-functional teams to define and maintain the overall BI data architecture.
• Optimize dashboard performance through efficient data source connections, visual design, and query optimization.
• Follow the SDLC process, ensure proper naming standards, and maintain accurate technical documentation.
• Assist in creating data feeds, peer-review reports, and ensure data accuracy and validity.
• Conduct client/partner web-based trainings and field ongoing questions regarding data specifications.
• Stay current with evolving data specifications, tools, and best practices, maintaining a proactive and self-directed approach.

Requirements
