• Lead, mentor, and support a team of accountants and an Accounts Payable Specialist, promoting accountability and career growth.
• Oversee the full month-end close cycle, including journal entries and reconciliations across various accounts such as cash, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and operating expenses.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to explain variances and support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure timely and accurate quarterly and annual reporting, and act as the primary contact for audit processes and documentation.
• Uphold GAAP compliance and internal control standards throughout all financial activities.
• Drive process improvements and help implement automation tools like Coupa to streamline operations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance accuracy, scalability, and efficiency across the accounting function.
• Support strategic growth initiatives through analytical insights and financial leadership.

Requirements

• CPA certification required.
• Experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
