.Net Developer - Remote

As a .Net Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications in a collaborative, Agile environment. You will work closely with project managers, product owners, and other engineering team members to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. This remote role offers exposure to modern Microsoft technologies, web applications, and multi-tier architecture while contributing directly to impactful IT solutions. You will have the opportunity to solve challenging technical problems, optimize system performance, and support business-critical applications. In Short

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Project Managers to analyze, design, develop, and maintain web applications and services using Microsoft technologies.
• Identify root causes and resolve issues reported by users or flagged by system performance indicators.
• Standardize and document development practices and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
• Conduct code reviews and share knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment.
• Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures, delivering high-quality, reliable software solutions.
• Support integration and maintenance of portal applications using WCF, REST, JSON, AJAX, XML, and SOAP.
• Provide occasional on-site support and equipment transport as required.

Requirements
