• Lead and mentor teams of engineers while collaborating with Product and Design partners.
• Develop scalable, robust software solutions across multiple technology layers.
• Participate in code reviews and testing to ensure code quality.

Requirements

• Expertise in developing scalable software solutions.
• Experience with tools like ChatGPT, Cursor, and Copilot.
• Proven leadership experience in guiding teams.
• Exceptional proficiency in software design and architecture.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Passionate about continuous learning and staying current with technology.
• Experience with React, React Native, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Ruby on Rails.
