Overview

We’re looking for a highly ambitious, AI-obsessed Junior Designer to help us build innovative, beautiful, effective creative across B2B product marketing and sales enablement.

In Short

  • Design campaign and sales assets using AI across various platforms.
  • Create scalable assets like images, GIFs, and diagrams.
  • Support product launches with visual concepts and deliverables.
  • Create internal communications and training visuals.
  • Collaborate with PMMs and sales leads on visual messaging.
  • Build and scale templates using AI design tools.
  • Stay updated on design trends and AI workflows.
  • Participate in brainstorming and creative reviews.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of design experience or a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, and AI design tools.
  • A growth mindset with a willingness to experiment.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to learn.
  • Passion for AI and innovative design.
