Senior Building Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Senior Building Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and building life support systems in a condominium complex in Cebu City. This role involves daily inspections, reporting, and coordinating with contractors to ensure optimal building performance.

• Inspect and maintain building systems including HVAC and electrical.

Requirements
