In Short

• Design, develop, and implement automation control systems for industrial processes.
• Maximize equipment reliability and operational performance.
• Lead the automation engineering program and mentor junior engineers.
• Maintain and troubleshoot control systems and machinery.
• Implement and optimize automation processes.
• Communicate technical issues and project timelines with stakeholders.
• Facilitate Root Cause Failure Analysis and implement improvements.
• Work with various teams to drive MHE systems optimization.
• Act as second level escalation support for technical issues.
• Drive continuous improvement projects for system performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with PLC-controlled automation.
• 2+ years of experience with robotics work cells.
• Experience in a leadership role directing and mentoring others.
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
