Overview

The Research Analyst for the JBS India Team at JLL will focus on maintaining and enriching proprietary property, company, and transaction data within the Research database, ensuring data quality and accuracy through proactive monitoring and internet research.

In Short

• Maintain and enrich proprietary data in the Research database.
• Perform data entry of property, company, and transaction information.
• Monitor data quality dashboards for inaccuracies.
• Correct and enrich company records with additional data.
• Coordinate with Research team leadership on data quality.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as required.
• Provide training and guidance to team members.

Requirements

• Graduation (B.A., BBA, B.Com) or equivalent work experience.
• 0-1 year of industry experience, freshers welcome.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and flexibility/adaptability.
• Ability to manage stress and emotions effectively.
• Experience with property management systems preferred.
• Sound computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to develop workable solutions for client needs.
• Persistent in efforts and detail-oriented.
