Regional Engineering Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Regional Engineering Manager at JLL, you will oversee all accounts in your region to ensure quality service delivery, elevate performance, minimize risk and respond to client needs while providing guidance to site level engineering teams.

• Oversee all accounts in your region for quality service delivery.
• Provide guidance to site level engineering teams.
• Lead ES On-boarding program for smooth transitions.
• Manage ES Operational Compliance Program.
• Evaluate, train and mentor site teams.
• Assist in developing long-term capital plans.
• Support troubleshooting and property condition assessments.
• Maintain client-facing relationships.
• Ensure compliance with codes, laws, and regulations.
• Collect and advance standard operating practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7-10+ years of facilities engineering management experience.
• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC and electrical.
• Experience with Engineering Services Compliance Program management.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
• Strong communication and client-facing capabilities.
• Knowledge of property engineering and maintenance.
• Professional Engineering license preferred.
• Understanding of Emergency Procedures and Fire Safety.
• Experience with audits for risk mitigation.
