  • Provides direct administrative support to Management and Chief Engineer.
  • Maintains regular contact with maintenance staff for property upkeep.
  • Updates employee, client, and customer contract databases.
  • Coordinates implementation of property manuals.
  • Reviews tenant service requests daily.
  • Drafts contracts within 24-48 hours of requests.
  • Enters work orders for maintenance requests.
  • Supports events organized by the Ballpark team and Community Manager.
  • Handles other assigned duties as needed.
  • Entry-level position requiring HS diploma.

Requirements

  • Less than 1 year of experience or entry-level.
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to self-start and multi-task.
  • Provide constructive solutions to issues.
  • Work effectively individually or as part of a team.
