Project Maintenance Technician - Remote

Overview

The Project Maintenance Technician supports the Project & Development Services (PDS) team on operation, inspection, and light maintenance processes to mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities.

In Short

• Assist the engineering team in maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment.
• Perform general maintenance including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting.
• Complete assigned work orders in CMMS and maintain service documentation.
• Maintain tools, parts, equipment, and supplies in clean and safe conditions.
• Work closely under the direction of Operating Engineers and Chief Engineers.
• Participate in ongoing technical and safety training programs.
• Support on-call or emergency response situations.
• Other projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-2 years of related work experience in repair and maintenance.
• Trade school, union training, military service, or college is desirable.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall.
• Strong customer service skills.
