Maintenance Technician - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our facilities management team at JLL. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building systems through preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

In Short

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other installed systems.
• Replace lighting and ballasts as needed.
• Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions affecting client occupancy and operations.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Identify and propose solutions for safety hazards.
• Update work order status in real-time using CMMS systems (WebTMA).
• Escalate problems or issues to customers and managers promptly.
• Maintain effective communication with team members and clients.
• Complete required safety training.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• 2+ years of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance.
• Basic plumbing and electrical skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work from heights.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
