Overview

JLL is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of building systems through preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

In Short

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on various systems.
• Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions affecting operations.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean work areas.
• Update work order status in real-time using CMMS systems.
• Identify and propose solutions for safety hazards.
• Comply with policies for hazardous materials.
• Maintain effective communication with team members and clients.
• Physical requirements include lifting, climbing, and working in various conditions.
• 2+ years of applicable working experience required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills preferred.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in building repair and maintenance.
• Basic plumbing and electrical skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work from heights.
• Comfortable working in adverse conditions.
